3. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your specific state of residence, to execute a transaction with GKN TRANSPORTATION LLC. By placing an order, you legally certify that you possess the requisite legal capacity to enter into this contract and that you are purchasing these goods for lawful purposes.

4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK, LIABILITY WAIVER, AND SAFETY DISCLAIMER This section is of paramount legal importance.
