REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. CORPORATE RETURN PHILOSOPHY AND SAFETY STANDARDS At GKN TRANSPORTATION LLC, we are committed to providing our domestic clientele with premium, uncompromised Sports & Outdoors equipment. Given the highly specialized nature of hunting gear, tactical equipment, and outdoor survival provisions, our return and refund protocols are governed by stringent safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards. We operate under the strict principle that any equipment utilized in wilderness environments, sporting applications, or tactical scenarios must be absolutely free of prior use, modification, or structural compromise. Consequently, this Refund and Return Policy is meticulously enforced to protect the safety of our consumers and the integrity of our inventory.

2. GEOGRAPHIC JURISDICTION: STRICTLY U.S. DOMESTIC RETURNS As repeatedly codified in our corporate policies, GKN TRANSPORTATION LLC operates exclusively within the fifty United States of America. We unconditionally prohibit international sales, and by extension, we do not authorize, process, or accept international returns under any circumstances. All return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) must originate from and be shipped via a recognized U.S. domestic carrier. Any parcels arriving at our facilities with international customs declarations will be categorically rejected and abandoned at the sender's expense.

3. STANDARD ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR RETURNS To be eligible for a standard return and subsequent refund, the merchandise must satisfy the following uncompromising conditions within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery:

  • Original Condition: The item must be entirely unused, unworn, unwashed, and completely devoid of any environmental debris, physical alterations, or odors (including but not limited to smoke, fragrances, or animal scents).

  • Original Packaging: The product must be securely encased in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging. All factory seals, holographic authenticity markers, tags, protective films, user manuals, and warranty cards must be perfectly intact and unblemished.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid Order Identification Number and verifiable domestic proof of purchase directly from GKN TRANSPORTATION LLC must accompany the return request.

4. NON-RETURNABLE AND RESTRICTED COMMODITIES (INDUSTRY SPECIFIC) Due to the specific hazards, hygiene regulations, and structural safety requirements of the Sports & Outdoors and hunting sectors, the following categories of merchandise are strictly NON-RETURNABLE once the initial factory seal is broken or the product has been dispatched:

  • Safety and Load-Bearing Equipment: Climbing gear, harnesses, tree stand components, and any load-bearing tactical rigging cannot be returned. Once these items leave our controlled inventory, we can no longer legally guarantee their structural integrity.

  • Hygienic and Mouth-Operated Gear: Hunting calls (mouth calls), hydration bladders, base layers, thermal undergarments, and face masks are final sale strictly due to federal health and sanitation protocols.

  • Ammunition Accessories and Optic Calibrations: For liability and precision-assurance reasons, specific tactical optics, scopes, and firearm-related accessories that exhibit any sign of mounting or calibration are excluded from our return policy.

5. RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) AND LOGISTICAL PROTOCOLS Customers seeking to initiate a return must formally request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our compliance team at info@gkntransportation.com. Unauthorized returns shipped to our corporate headquarters without an explicitly issued RMA will be refused.

Upon receiving an RMA, the customer is responsible for utilizing a trackable domestic logistics provider. Just as GKN TRANSPORTATION LLC holds itself to a strict Handling Time of 1 to 2 business days and a guaranteed Standard Transit Time of 3 to 5 business days for outbound shipments, we expect returned merchandise to be shipped promptly and securely. The consumer assumes all risk of loss or damage during the return transit process. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the consumer unless the return is explicitly due to a documented manufacturer defect or an internal fulfillment error by GKN TRANSPORTATION LLC.

6. INSPECTION, RESTOCKING FEES, AND REFUND ISSUANCE Upon arrival at our designated domestic returns facility, all merchandise undergoes a rigorous forensic inspection by our quality assurance specialists. This inspection process requires an internal handling period of up to three (3) business days.

  • If the item passes inspection and is deemed factory-new, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • GKN TRANSPORTATION LLC reserves the legal right to assess a Restocking Fee of up to 20% on returns that, while accepted, require significant repackaging or administrative processing.

  • If the item fails inspection (e.g., exhibits use, missing components, broken safety seals), the refund will be formally denied, and the item will be shipped back to the consumer at their expense, or securely disposed of upon their written instruction.

7. DEFECTIVE COMMODITIES AND TRANSIT DAMAGE If a product arrives damaged due to transit mishandling or exhibits a verifiable manufacturer defect, the consumer must report the incident to our support channel within forty-eight (48) hours of the carrier's delivery timestamp. Photographic evidence of the defective merchandise and the compromised shipping parcel is legally required to initiate an expedited replacement protocol or a full refund.
